2018 KISTEP-ISTIC S&T Innovation Training Program For High-Level Policy Makers

The Training Workshop on Technopreneurship for Developing Countries was held at the Seri Pacific Hotel from 11–15 March 2019. This training workshop is jointly organised by ISTIC and NAM S&T Centre in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change. The Training Workshop was officially opened by Dato’ Seri Mohd Azhar Haji Yahaya, Secretary-General, Ministry of Energy, Science, Technology, Environment and Climate Change and also President of NAM S&T Centre. At the opening session, the Director of ISTIC Dato’ Dr Sharifah Maimunah gave the welcome address. A total of 27 participants attended this training workshop. 6 participants were  Malaysian the others were from Egypt, India, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Mauritius, Myanmar, Nepal, Nigeria, Pakistan, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Togo, Turkey, United Kingdom and Zimbabwe. attended the training workshop, 16 were males and 8 were females.
